UAE X 10 — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the uaex10.com website and related mobile / desktop applications (together, the "Service"), operated by UAE X 10 ("we", "us", "our") from the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• Athletes under 18 (cadet age) may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised coach.
• Coach, club, and federation accounts are subject to approval and may require verification before activation.

2. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• Parts of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis across one or more tiers. The features included in each tier are described at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access data, competitions, or accounts that do not belong to you, or attempt to bypass authentication, scoping, or scoring controls.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Submit false competition scores or tamper with official results.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond your own, except through features we provide for that purpose.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the training data, scores, notes, and media you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content in order to operate the Service — including generating analytics and AI recommendations for you. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If you belong to a club or federation, authorised staff of that organisation may view your training and performance data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party integrations

• WHOOP — optional. If you connect a WHOOP membership, your use of WHOOP data is also subject to WHOOP's own terms.
• Stripe — for payments, subject to Stripe's terms.
• World Archery — public rankings and results data is displayed for informational purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding your own data) are owned by UAE X 10 and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

7. AI features — no guarantee of results

The Service includes AI-assisted coaching, analysis, and recommendations. These are informational aids to support training decisions and are not professional medical, physiotherapy, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on health-related suggestions. We do not guarantee any particular performance, ranking, or competition outcome.

8. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAE X 10 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent data, or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time from Settings; deletion of personal data follows the timelines in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
